連續上了十天的班，終於等到一天的假期，
就來打個文做一些有意義的事吧！
為什麼會選擇預先進行開戶的動作呢？最主要是想提前把錢匯過去，
不想帶太多的現金在身上作長時間移動。
ANZ的話最早可以在到達NZ前三個月進行開戶的動作，
因為開戶後需要你在三個月內親身到分行進行認證跟啟動的動作。
*ANZ requires you to complete full identification process in New Zealand within 3 months of account being opened. If you do not arrive within this time frame your accounts may be closed without any notification.
我是直接在ANZ的網站上填International and Migrant Banking enquiry form，
然後便會有專人Email跟你聯繫，信中會寫清楚你需要填寫什麼表格跟交回什麼資料，
我的情況是來回個兩天就已經開好戶了，然後接下來最重要（&麻煩）的部分就是Address Proof，
我還特地發了好幾封電郵去確認這部分，因為在他發過來的電郵中有時候寫OVERSEA有時候要NZ當地的，要求有點不一樣。
Email 1:
Acceptable proof of address document
New Zealand address:
· hotel/motel invoice or letter-headed document from hotel/motel confirming your stay
· tenancy agreement
· host letter – if host is an ANZ customer, letter alone is acceptable; if host is not an ANZ customer please bring a proof of address document (e.g. bank statement or utility bill) under the host’s name along with the letter
· Airbnb booking confirmation
Email 2:
What do you do when you arrive in New Zealand
When you arrive in New Zealand please contact your Banker to arrange an appointment at any branch of ANZ and bring with you:
Your Passport (original, not a photocopy)
Your account details (provided in this email)
Proof of overseas address (an original bank statement or utility bill, no older than three months)
最後跟專員確認後他是這樣回我的：
You can provide either overseas address or New Zealand address confirmation.
Please note the address confirmation must be in English only and we can only accept the following from Hong Kong:
Overseas address:
utility bill e.g. power, phone (excludes mobile phone bill, cable TV or internet bill)
rates bill e.g. water, land
tax notice/certificate
insurance policy document
Please note of the following for the proof of address:
1. The proof of address document must have your name, residential address, issue date and printed on a company letterhead
2. We do not accept online statements or PDF copies of bills/documents
3. We do not accept letters addressed to a P.O. Box address
所以我最後是以香港地址開戶跟作啟動的（用的是稅局的信件）。
不過到達當地時，分行職員一開始是說不接受海外地址來啟動的，
還一直問我有沒有別的文件可以作Address Proof，
然後我直接給他看我的電郵證明說是他們的職員說可以的，
他們自己討論了一下下後讓我把電郵轉發給他，之後便幫我把戶口啟動了。
（我不是要故意為難他們，只是我往的是Airbnb，也不是很輕易的找到房東開證明什麼的⋯⋯
然後那行員教我過幾天直接到櫃位說要改地址就可以了，
畢竟也還是要換成NZ地址才不會錯過卡片等等的東西。
雖然我的Debit卡是直接到分行領的，開戶當天只領了沒名字的EFTPOS，
但像最近ANZ的Debit卡要換成新的也是因為有更新地址才收到通知信件&卡片。
所以換成NZ地址跟及時更新地址很重要！
（朋友搬家了一直沒更新地址，在卡片快不能用前幾天才收到通知短訊，而卡片寄到之前的家去了⋯⋯
